Gluten No cost Chocolate Cake Recipe
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour (pretty great)
4 eggs, pastured natural and organic3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup date paste

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
This can be doubled
2 oz. Cream cheese, organic
2 Tbsp. butter, organic and natural, softened to home temp.
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped. I made use of Sharffen Berger Bittersweet 70% cacao
1 tsp. Coconut oil
½ cup date paste
2 Tbsp. monkfruit sweetener, or sweetener of your selection
¼ tsp. Instant coffee
½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Preheat oven 350 degree F.

Put together an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper so that the paper sticks up higher than the lip of the dish. Trim as desired.
