2 1/2 cups almond flour
3/4 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups blueberries
3 eggs
3 tbsp lemon zest
3 lemons, juiced
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vegan butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
