Easy No-Bake Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
For the cake levels:
2 cups (250g) all-intent flour
1/3 cup (70g) sugar
2/3 cup (150g) butter, chilly
Pinch salt
For The Cream:
500g (15.5oz) sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
2 tablespoons (15g) cornstarch
50 grams (1.75oz) butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
White chocolate shavings for decoration

Instructions:
1. Make the cream: in a modest saucepan whisk eggs, sugar and cornstarch. Whisk until finally easy. Increase bitter cream and whisk until eventually mixed and clean.
2. Spot the saucepan more than medium-reduced warmth and cook, stirring continuously for about 5-6 minutes, until finally thickens. Take away from heat, insert butter and vanilla extract, stir right until incorporated. permit neat marginally and transfer to a piping bag.
3. Make cake crumb layers: in a huge bowl blend flour, sugar and salt. Coat the butter with the flour combination and grate to the bowl, then, crumble with your fingers until eventually small crumbs are shaped. Do it in two or 3 batches. Or you can do this in a food items processor.
4. Transfer the crumbs to a significant pan and cook dinner more than low warmth, stirring routinely, till golden brown, about 15 minutes. Clear away from heat.
5. Assemble: spread 1/4 of the crumbs in a 18cm (7-inch) cake ring/pan and evenly press to the base. Then carefully pipe 1/4 of the cream to an even layer of, devoid of destroying the crumb layer. Repeat this course of action for 3 more instances.
6. Launch from the ring. Spread a slim layer of cream on the sides of the cake. Sprinkle some white chocolate shaving on leading.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours right before serving.
