    It will be fluffier if you don't seperate the eggs, you overmix it by doubling it this way. Just whip whole eggs with sugar until very fluffy and light, then fold in the rest. Easier too.

    Hands down the Best Almond Cake me and my family has ever tasted.
    Was a bit hesitant at first to make this but took a chance and it is just simply melt in the mouth. So moist..so light and above all Gluten free😁.

    I made this cake with my daughter because we wanted to make a cake but we didn't have flour. But had almond flour! We came upon your video and it was very easy to follow. Didn't have lemons so we substituted with some clementines and put the peels in a food processor.
    My daughter did most of work and she did great! Cake was so delicious. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks Natasha 🙂
