Actually 5 ingredient. Please redo the listing of ingredients to include the 1 cup almond flour minus 2 tablespoonfuls and addition of 2 T of coconut flour

I can’t use almond flour what would work instead
I live in Ireland. That is a very old recipe I started baking it back in the early 70's and it is just called a fatless sponge. It was baked as a sandwich cake just like a Victoria sponge with cream and raspberry jam in the middle, it can also be made with coffee flavouring. Since being diagnosed coeliac I don't eat much cake any more. If I do bake a gluten free cake I tend to eat it ALL! Very bad for my weight and health. 😀
Pls, edit it when u whip the egg whites. Ur talking abt the same thing ovr and ovr agn. U could've made a vid -3 min when now it's +14 min.
